Our food and drink represent the true spirit of our clubs, with menus that celebrate the freshest, most seasonal and sustainable ingredients. As with everything we do, we aim to shine a spotlight on talented women, championing female growers, winemakers, cheesemongers and purveyors of fine food.
Our bespoke menus are designed by AllBright’s Executive Chef Sabrina Gidda, one of the stars of the BBC’s Great British Menu. As well as winning the Tatler Rising Star award at the magazine’s Restaurant Awards in 2016, Sabrina is the first woman to become a two-time finalist in the Roux Scholarship. Our restaurants boast dishes that reflect Sabrina’s passion for classics with a refined twist and her penchant for organic, ethically sourced ingredients, served alongside bespoke cocktails and a curated wine list from all-female suppliers.
