These are strange and unprecedented times. First and foremost, our thoughts are with everybody both within our sisterhood and across the world who are navigating the impact of the virus – physically, mentally and professionally.
As always, we want to keep our community updated and informed on how we’re moving forward in the short term.
– Following orders of the Mayor of Los Angeles, AllBright West Hollywood is now temporarily closed.
– AllBright Mayfair and Rathbone, London are also temporarily closed
For all clubs, membership will be extended for as long as we are closed for.
Although the Clubs will be closed, AllBright has always been as much a digital community as a physical one. In these difficult times, we encourage you to be part of the AllBright community through AllBright Connect – where we can continue to support the sisterhood online. Here’s how we plan to keep our community connected and vibrant.
Connect with the sisterhood
While you may not be able to meet up in real life for a while, AllBright Connect creates the space to make new connections, share experiences, share skills and be inspired by and with other women.
Wherever possible, we are moving much of our in-club programming online. From ‘How to Lead Authentically’ and ‘Building Resilience Under Pressure’ to regular live streams of useful advice, practical tips and words of inspiration from founders Anna and Debbie, we want to encourage all to keep learning, keep connecting and keep mentally engaged during this time.
Upskill and learn
The AllBright Academy also sits on Connect and gives you the opportunity to learn new skills, self-improve and take inspiration from some of the world’s most insightful women in business. Stay tuned for more short courses launching in the coming weeks.
We appreciate that constantly reading the news at the moment can get us down, so we have launched our own digital content site, AllBright Edit, which is focused on the myriad of topics that are relevant and important for the modern career woman.
As well as online community it’s important we all look at how we can support our local communities. Whether that’s running errands for the elderly or less able, donating to food banks or supporting small businesses who are going to find this time detrimental to their livelihood. Watch this space as we’re looking at how collectively we can make impact on those who need our support.
Please keep talking to one another. Keep supporting one another. Keep reaching out to one another. For community is the backbone of our society and together we will get through this.
