We need to talk. It’s a sentence no one usually wants to hear - but today, we can promise you it’s not scary. We need to talk about money. Before you bury your head in the sand, or start having nightmares about Excel spreadsheets, hear us out. Because talking money has never been so easy, accessible, and dare we say it, fun. The AllBright Money Podcast, hosted by the exceptional Melanie Eusebe (founder of Money Moves, author and entrepreneur), has landed and we are thrilled to be opening up the conversation on everything from saving, to budgeting, to investing, to money inequality (of which there is a lot, and it’s time to get ahead). Our very first guest is , a Certified Financial Education Instructor, money expert, and the CEO, best-selling author, and founder of Clever Girl Finance. Bola’s main goal is to help women become accountable, ditch debt, save money and build real wealth (yes please!)

As Bola has gotten older, she says, the biggest recurring theme she sees with women is that we’re not talking about money and financial wellness enough, or don't involve ourselves as much as we should when it comes to finances. So let’s change that. Hear from Clare Seal, the author of , founder of Instagram channel  and founder of  - a place for honest, judgment-free conversation and information about personal finance, emotional wellbeing and mental health. Clare is the first to admit that it took her a decade to realise that she had a broken relationship with money – and hitting rock bottom was the catalyst for real change in her life.

Her book Real Life Money is a holistic approach to personal finance that addresses the deeper causes of debt and financial difficulties. The goal is not to get rich overnight, or to pay off debt at the expense of all of life's pleasures, but rather to gain an understanding of why we feel the way we do about money, and how we can use that to change our mindset and our finances for good. Just a week or so before our conversation, Clare announced to her followers that she had just paid off £27,438.11 of credit card debt. How did she do it? Find out in episode three of the podcast. You'll also hear from  -  the UK’s leading millennial money expert. She’s a writer, author, speaker, broadcaster and founder of Young Money, and on a mission to help young people own their futures, once and for all. Iona explores how due to low wages, high house prices, zero reward for saving and the catastrophic fallout from Covid-19, young people have had a rough ride. But, she points out that they have a choice. She says you can sleepwalk into a poorer future – or you can transform your prospects by embracing the power of investing. Iona believes that investing is the single biggest thing that we can do to change our lives, and society, for the better.  You'll find out why in episode three of the AllBright Money podcast.

And that’s not the end of the money chat. Coming up on this season of the podcast, we have award-winning personal finance author Patrice Washington, Financial Wellness Coach Bola Sol, and Money Medics co-founder Eve Obasuyi. Stay tuned for all of their insights, which money can’t buy.

We’ve all heard that money talks. And now, we’re talking too.
