Welcome session.

Your chance to connect with your new Elevate community. In this session, you'll meet your fellow learners, coaches and the AllBright team. You'll also get the workbooks for your course and a tour of the AllBright@ Old Sessions House.

1:1 Coach Sessions.

This session is your chance to review AllBright's faculty and set up 'chemistry calls' with our coaches to decide who fits your goals best. It's best to set up future calls in a quiet, private virtual space at a time that works for you.

Your designated career coach will work with you and your cohort throughout the programme. She will leverage her C-suite experience and coaching skills to enhance your professional success and boost your EQ to match your IQ.

Live Well Day Retreat.

Specifically crafted to ease both the physical and mental strain of your high pressure lifestyle. This one-day retreat will reset your mind and body for the year ahead. You'll enjoy invigorating yoga, sound baths, healthy and delicious meals and heart-centred leadership workouts.

Elevate to the board has been developed for female executive leaders and scaling founders, who are moving towards a Board role, whether that is within their organisation, or externally in a NED or trustee capacity.
