Founder, Werklab & Editor-in-Chief, The Werk
My passion is seeing humans living authentically, and creating / producing work from their most expansive self.

Introducing Me

I am an empath who balances her yin energy with drive and vision. I am an entrepreneur and workplace wellbeing consultant.

A fact about you

I moved to London (from Vancouver) amidst the pandemic.

Tell us a little about what you do / what is your passion?

I spend my days supporting individuals and businesses to discover the interconnectedness and direct correlation between wellbeing and performance. My passion is seeing humans living authentically, and creating / producing work from their most expansive self.

What’s you main goal right now?

To build out a globally used corporate wellbeing platform.

What is the best advice you've ever received?

“Through discomfort comes growth.” And “As long as you think what you’re looking for is outside of yourself, it will never be enough.”

Share your Sisterhood Six.

Sparkling water: I love a little sparkle, and have recently revisited sobriety and sparkling water is all I need. Plus hydration?
Byredo 1996 perfume: Perfume has been an integral part of my morning routine for as long as I can remember. I’m of the mindset that you have one or two signature scents, that are quality products, and it really turns self care into a sensory experience just for you.
Moleskin notebook: I tend to always have two notebooks going, one for all my ideas, and journaling that is without lines, and one that’s my to do lists and more structured so it has lines.
Tarot Deck by The Wild Unknown: I pull tarot daily and I’ve felt deeply connected to the ancient wisdom for years now. It helps ground me in the morning or bring me into a state of reflection and open inquiry.
Muji Pens: The only ones I use?
Yoga mat (and practice?): Getting into my body is a fundamental part of each day and feeling grounded, and often it happens on my yoga mat, if i’m not dancing or going for a walk.

What you’d like from the AllBright Sisterhood?

The opportunity to connect, to support, and to collaborate or work together.
