Tell us a little about what you do / what is your passion?
I have a passion for helping business bring their idea to life. I have worked for both small and large business in Australia, the UK and the US. I currently work as head of finance for a tech start up here in London and I love what I do! Finance is so much more than producing monthly P&Ls. The right finance team will be able support the CEOs ideas and ensure we do absolutely everything possible to make the idea grow into a profitable business model.
What’s your main goal right now?
To continue to learn so that I can support my business to reach break even point. In my personal life, to ensure I stay grounded, enjoy a simplistic life and appreciate the ordinary.
What is the best advice you've ever received?
See the world for what it is. Such a simple but powerful statement. I think sometimes we make decisions based on what we think (or hope) the world should be like. The most effective decisions come from accepting the world for what it is and acting accordingly.

My morning coffee - cannot live without this!
My passport - Travel is one of my passions. I love travelling solo, meeting new people and discovering new things.
Dancing and yoga- I used to dance at the Sydney Opera House and it's still a passion of mine. Working in finance can be quite mathematic and its nice to switch off that part of my brain and switch on the creative and intuitive and do something completely different.
My family FaceTime - this year especially, it's been a whole year since I have had a hug from a loved one.
2am dance parties in my kitchen with my girlfriends - just because!
Getting out in nature once a day! Either swimming in the ocean or a morning walk here in London.
