As with everything else connected to AllBright, the food and drink we serve at our clubs is held to a very high standard and managed by an extremely talented woman. Our bespoke menu is designed by Executive Chef, Sabrina Gidda, whose accolades include featuring on the BBC’s Great British Menu, being named ‘Rising Star’ by Tatler magazine and being the first woman to become a two-time finalist in the Roux Scholarship.
Our menu boasts dishes that reflect Sabrina’s passion for refined twists on classics. Breakfast is served from 8am and food can be ordered all day until our last sitting at 9pm.
(It’s hard to be brilliant on an empty stomach, after all).
Beyond the club’s daily menu, Sabrina is also responsible for developing the menus at our second club in Mayfair and our highly anticipated new club in Los Angeles.
