HAPPY MIND, HAPPY BODY. THE SCIENCE OF WELLBEING – A DARING & MIGHTY SUPPER CLUB

Join Daring & Mighty Dinners for an unapologetic space to hook into your awesomeness and to be inspired by other incredible women. The only agenda is to empower women. Your evening includes a delicious meal with two glasses of wine, punctuated by inspiring story telling and comedy.

The evening will be hosted by Katie Phillips, author of ‘The Self-Love Affair – A Woman’s Guide To A Daring & Mighty Life’. Katie is an inspirational speaker and transformational coach – her passion for empowering women to be more Daring & Mighty is infectious!

 

Katie will be joined by guest speakers for the evening:

 

Bryony Hamerton, founder of Be-Yoga, is a 500hr Yoga Instructor with over 4000 hours of teaching experience. Bryony’s current yoga therapy training with The Minded Institute combines Yogic and Buddhist traditions with neuro-scientific, psychological and physiological perspectives on mental health care.

 

Dominique Antiglio is a qualified and globally sought-after Sophrologist and best-selling author. She specialises in stress and sleep management, anxiety, self-development, birth preparation, and preparing for other major life events. Her background in Osteopathy and her passion for the mind body connection deepens her understanding of Sophrology and how to best use it to support people through challenging times.
