It will then take you on a deeper journey to look at what goals you’re setting yourself. Are you aiming in the right direction? Are your goals aligned with your real values? Are you aiming for things that will really bring your life meaning and happiness?
By the end of the session you’ll come away with a set of goals that you know will enrich your life in the year ahead and help you develop into the person that you’re truly meant to be.

Jennifer Nadel is a writer and award-winning journalist. Her most recent book WE : A Manifesto For Women Everywhere, was written in collaboration with actress Gillian Anderson. In 2018, Jennifer co-founded the campaign group ‘Compassion in Politics’ which aims to “put compassion, cooperation, and empathy at the heart of politics.” She is also a Trustee of the charity INQUEST which supports families whose relatives have died in custody.
