DIGITAL ROUNDTABLE: TOP TIPS FOR SLEEPING BETTER AND BOOSTING IMMUNITY FROM THE SLEEP DOCTOR, DR. MICHAEL BREUS

The Sleep Doctor, Dr. Michael Breus, a clinical psychologist and sleep specialist who’s also the author of “The Power of When” in discussion with Carl Larsson from The Sleep Spa will discuss “How to Sleep Better and how to boost your immune system”.

Dr. Breus will discuss why your daily routines drive your sleep rather than your sleep and he will help you find out what chronotype you are and how you can start living a healthier, more happy and successful life. By knowing your chronotype you will discover when is the best time to eat lunch, ask for a raise, have sex, write a novel, take your meds, and more. We will also go over a couple of simple sleep tips on how to improve your daily life.
