HEALTH FOR BREAKFAST: HOW TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE BY TUNING INTO YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE

February 20 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am GMT

PMS and its side effects—mood swings, fatigue, camps—get all the airtime. But what if we told you the menstrual cycle can help you be more active, productive and extroverted?

Join Daye and their Head of Research, Dr. Katie Baker, for a morning session on how the menstrual cycle can impact energy levels, help you network, optimise your work/life balance and get sh*t done. You will also have the chance to ask Dr. Katie, a practising NHS GP with special interest in gynaecology, all the questions you never had the chance to ask your doctor.

About Daye:

Daye are a female health research & development company on a mission to bridge the gender gap in medical research. They are launching the world’s first sanitised and CBD-infused organic tampon in Spring 2020. Their Health For Breakfast events are designed to make education on female reproductive and sexual health accessible to all. We offer accurate, digestible information and drive inclusive, de-stigmatised conversations around female sexual and reproductive health.

Paid-for events will not be refunded if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled start time of the event. Any requests submitted after this time will not be refunded.
