This week’s Members’ Mastermind will be hosted by Sue Belton who will speak about how to overcome Imposter Syndrome.
Sue Belton is an Executive & Life Coach of 11 years. She specialises in working with ambitious, high-achieving professional women who want more balance, more meaning, and more satisfying relationships in their life.
With a background of 14 years in the fast-paced world of journalism and TV production, she understands the pressures we’re all under. A recovering Imposter Syndrome sufferer herself, she has helped hundreds of women overcome this affliction – to go on and achieve their goals, and dreams.
She writes about feeling ‘not good enough’, Imposter Syndrome and it’s sinister sister Perfectionism – all in her upcoming book Change Your Life in 5: Practical steps to getting unstuck, back on track and making meaningful changes in your life.
Sue believes we always have a choice and can always change things – even when we think we can’t.
