Menopause is one of the last remaining health taboos, so it’s not surprising that many women are in the dark about the full range of symptoms and how best to manage them.


Join MPowered Women, a health and wellbeing brand dedicated to ending the taboo and powering women through menopause, for a panel discussion with GP and menopause specialist and AllBright Founding Member, Dr Stephanie Goodwin and nutritionist Hannah Richards from 58 Wellbeing.


They’ll be answering your questions on everything from HRT to anxiety and weight gain, and explaining how the symptoms can start much earlier than you think.


A panel discussion with the two experts, facilitated by Saska Graville, co-founder of MPowered Women. Followed by audience questions.


Throughout the morning we will cover:

  • What is menopause? Clarifying the definition and outlining the phases – ie perimenopause and post menopause.

  • HRT: the facts and the fictions.
  • HRT shortages, what can women do?
  • Loss of libido, what can you do?
  • How can you eat to help your symptoms?
  • Important foods and vitamins in the midlife years.
  • Why does alcohol seem to have much more effect?
  • Why is exercise key – especially weight training?
  • How to eat to stay strong.
