We have been struggling to adapt and embrace change throughout our entire history. Finding change unsettling and difficult is as natural to humans as our most instinctive fears. During this time of global, national and personal change, we are being challenged to navigate complex emotions.
Join us for this experiential workshop as we explore change and transition from a psychological perspective and unpack some of the things that we sometimes struggle to put words to. Through creative and therapeutic exercises, we will get in touch with ourselves and others as we reflect on the last few months and positively plan for the months ahead.
You’ll leave with expert tips for coping with change and managing anxiety and uncertainty.
