KRISTY COLEMAN – Nutritional Therapist
How did you change career path?
During my former career working as solicitor, I decided I wanted to get into the health and wellness industry and work for myself, which ended up with me spending three years retraining and I’ve never looked back. I’m passionate about educating and supporting people to banish the guilt around food and transform the way diet is seen.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“Don’t come to me with a problem, come with a solution” – some wise words from an old boss of mine. It’s been invaluable and has shaped the way I think and problem-solve.
Do you have a motto or mantra?
It doesn’t matter where you have been or where you are. The only thing that matters is where you are going.
Have you got an book or podcast recommendations you could share?
I’d be lying if I said the Economist but really, I just need something that makes me chuckle and is a little bit cultural. I love the High Low with Dolly Alderton and Pandora Sykes for their hard hitting cultural happenings, gossip and controversial topics.
