Entrepreneur, Founder of Eight Cre8te (a creative agency & production company) and WEKOKO (an online clothing business)

Why do you support other women?

With my production company Eight Cre8te I primarily use female creatives for the jobs that I book; most of my Photographers and producers are female. I think it’s very important to support women especially in male driven industries and job roles. My clothing brand WEKOKO supports women who want to express themselves through fashion without limitations. We encourage women to be who they want to be and not how society expects you to be.

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?

Don’t compare yourself to others. Focus on the goals of your own company and don’t stop until you reach them.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Be patient. Keep focused. Everything is a process and we are always learning. Even when things don’t happen as you expect or as quickly as you would like.

What’s your feel good song?

Any Lauryn Hill track!

What is the quality you most like in a woman?

A woman who has a warm, welcoming and positive energy. Your vibe is everything.

What is your motto?

You are capable of whatever you set your mind to. Don’t limit yourself. Anything is possible.

What is something you are most proud of?

Launching my first business at 23 years old. It has inspired a lot of women and friends around me to have the confidence to do the same.
