Then, after a healthy lunch, anatome’s Head of Nutrition Winder Ton, MSc RD, will lead a one-hour masterclass exploring the science of sleep and the impact of sleep on our physical and mental health. Industry Lunch: Women In Finance

For this month’s investment club, we will be focusing on the future of sustainable investing, we will be looking back at how sustainable investments performed throughout the volatility in 2022, as well as looking ahead to 2023; analysing the challenges and opportunities for investing in this space. We will also be discussing the movement towards ‘sustainable Investing’, including impact investing, and the role that this can play not only across society & the environment but also in the way that individuals are interacting with their money.

We will be joined by Sophie Kennedy, who is Joint CEO of EQ Investors, Sophie will be sharing her insights into the changes that she is seeing in the sustainable and impact investing sector, and what she thinks is the future opportunity for investing in this space. Industry Lunch: Women in The Arts

For this month’s investment club, we will be considering how wine might form part of the alternative investment strategy. We will be looking at how wine has performed in times of market turmoil, and whether its investments have been less sensitive to the macro-economic environment than other investments. 

This month we will be joined by Olivia Souto, Relationship Manager at Cult Wines.  Cult Wines have a tried and tested process for investing in wines and how to approach this alternative asset class.   

Olivia will talk us through wine as an investment, what to look for, and how to taste an investment wine.  Olivia will also give us an insight into the current fine wine market and the outlook going forward.
