AllBright Mentor Matching Everything You Need to Know FAQs Mentor Mentee

Did you know it will take 217 years to close the gender pay gap?

Contrary to all the progress being made, women’s careers are still progressing slower than men’s. As the world’s leading career network for women, we’re on a mission to change this.

What’s more, 82% of men have had a mentor, compared to just 69% of women. With stats like these, it’s no coincidence that women’s careers often take the back seat.

In a recent study, it was discovered that those who participate in mentorships are promoted at least five times more than those who don’t. So, we’ve taken matters into our own hands – to take charge and be the change we want to see within the workplace. Enter: AllBright
